SHIPO has got 20 contracted employees. There is The Program Manager who manages the Organization being assisted by Deputy Program Manager/Human Resource Manager.

There are five employees under finance department, four employees under Community Development Department and nine from Technical department.

To ease the operations SHIPO also uses Coaches who are normally selected from the community and work into those respective communities to assist SHIPO in its interventions.

About SHIPO

We are a Tanzanian NGO based in Njombe and operates throughout the Tanzanian mainland. Our NGO is specializing in Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH), Microfinance, Agriculture and Irrigation and having more than 12 years of experience working in rural communities by facilitating projects based on the priorities, needs and capacities of rural communities as well as the private sector.
