The PDMER department in SHIPO is responsible on setting and coordinating projects implemented within communities for to realize specific intended objectives within a determined time and costs as well as predetermined performance indicators.
The organization considers resting on Project Cycle Management/Results Based Management (PCM/RBM) approaches during development; implementation; Monitoring; and evaluation of implemented projects.

About SHIPO

We are a Tanzanian NGO based in Njombe and operates throughout the Tanzanian mainland. Our NGO is specializing in Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH), Microfinance, Agriculture and Irrigation and having more than 12 years of experience working in rural communities by facilitating projects based on the priorities, needs and capacities of rural communities as well as the private sector.
