Imani Haule Mathias, SHIPO’s General Manager, is a visionary leader with over 18 years of dedication to the organization. Starting as a Finance and Administrative Assistant in 2006, his passion for community development drove his rise through pivotal roles, including Monitoring and Evaluation Officer, before becoming General Manager in 2021. Armed with a Bachelor Degree in Management of Social Development and a Master’s in of art in Monitoring and Evaluation, Imani combines academic rigor with hands on experience to steer SHIPO’s mission transforming lives through sustainable, data driven solutions.
Under his leadership, SHIPO thrives as a catalyst for change, blending innovation with deep community engagement. Imani’s collaborative approach fosters resilience, ensuring programs not only meet immediate needs but also empower Tanzanian families for long term success.
