SHIPO is guided by an eight-member Board, convening quarterly to steer the organization. The year begins with a January social meeting, fostering connection with staff. In May, the Annual Meeting reviews and approves the draft Annual Report, while also evaluating performance and refining policies. July brings the Strategic Planning Meeting, where year-end projections are assessed and next year’s goals are established. The year closes with the November Budget Meeting, finalizing the upcoming year’s financial plan.
